Job summary

Imperial Valley College seeks a Professional Expert- Clinical Case Manager to provide clinical case management, crisis prevention and intervention, and comprehensive care coordination for students facing health, mental health, and psychosocial challenges that may affect academic success.

You will manage an active caseload, develop individualized service plans, and link students with campus services and community providers, ensuring safe, coordinated support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, MFT, Clinical Psychology or closely related behavioral health field.
• Experience providing crisis intervention, risk assessment, case management, or care coordination.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health screenings and risk assessments to identify student needs.
• Maintain an active caseload and develop individualized service plans.
• Coordinate care with campus departments and community providers.
• Facilitate referrals to mental health services and support systems.
• Provide brief interventions and safety planning during crises.
• Document services accurately and in compliance with FERPA/HIPAA.
