Colorado School of Mines seeks a Response Coordinating Case Manager to support student mental health through non-clinical case management, crisis assessment, and referrals. The role partners with faculty, staff, and families to foster safety and wellness within a rigorous academic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in psychology, counseling, social work, education, public health or related field.
• Experience in community support services with crisis triage/intervention is essential.
• Strong teamwork and communication with students, staff, faculty and partners.
• Experience working with diverse identities and needs; comfort with crisis management in a college setting.

Responsabilités

• Receive and respond to SOS referrals via email, phone, or in person.
• Provide outreach, referrals, and non-clinical case management for students of concern.
• Contribute to student risk assessments and returning student meetings after Leaves of Absence.
• Assist with triage of students in distress and respond to critical incidents on campus.
• Collaborate with Behavioral Intervention Team (BIT) and campus stakeholders.
