University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) is hiring a Care Manager, UNLV Student Wellness - Student Health Center Services. The role supports students with on-site care coordination across CAPS and SHC, managing referrals, and building community partnerships to improve student retention.

Responsibilities include policy revision, report writing, and supervising graduate assistants. A master’s degree in a related field and 2+ years of experience are required; licensure by 6 months is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Licensure at the master's level preferred, but required within 6 months of start date.
• 2+ years of related professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide care coordination and on-site support for students.
• Manage referrals for students, faculty, and staff.
• Coordinate with pharmaceutical programs and follow up after health withdrawal.
• Develop relationships with on- and off-campus resources; participate in committees.
• Supervise graduate assistants and assist with policy revisions and reports.
