Job summary

UNLV invites applications for Care Manager, UNLV Student Wellness - Student Health Center Services to support students via care coordination and resource navigation. You will work with CAPS and SHC to connect students with services, manage referrals, and contribute to retention efforts.

Ideal candidates hold a master’s degree in social work or related field, with 2+ years of experience; licensure within 6 months is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years of related professional experience.
• Licensure at the master’s level preferred but required within 6 months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site care coordination for UNLV students at the Student Wellness Center.
• Coordinate referrals and connect students with campus and community resources.
• Collaborate with CAPS and SHC teams and participate in clinical team meetings.
• Oversee graduate assistants and support administrative duties such as policy updates and report writing.
