Job summary

Palm Beach State College seeks a Counseling Center Specialist to support the Counseling Center, Panthers Pantry, PERC program, and related services. You will respond to inquiries, manage scheduling, and triage students in crisis while supporting outreach and marketing efforts.

The role involves coordinating appointments, processing documentation for student services, and assisting with data analytics and reporting under the Director of Student Well-Being.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field.
• One year of related experience if Bachelor’s degree is used.
• OR Associate’s degree and three years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct student intakes and triage students in crisis.
• Schedule counseling, medical, and case management appointments.
• Support Panther’s Pantry operations and events.
• Assist with department data analytics and reporting.
• Prepare marketing materials and maintain the department webpage.
