Job summary

STA Family of Companies is seeking a reliable Trip Coordinator in Collegeville, PA. This hourly, non-exempt role involves scheduling drivers for student trips and activities, coordinating with parents and schools, and ensuring adherence to company and regulatory requirements.

You will prepare trip sheets, conduct driver meetings, manage routing, and assist with billing and records while maintaining high service standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months to one year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule drivers for trips and extracurricular activities.
• Follow policies regarding pupil/client management and relations with parents, teachers, guardians, and the public.
• Price trips and confirm with clients.
• Write trip sheets with descriptions, routes, pickup/drop-off times and locations.
• Conduct trip meetings and assign trips to drivers.
• Keep records and submit reports as required; handle complaints, accidents, routing changes.
• Assist with monthly billing.
• Ensure compliance with STA policies and state & federal regulations.
• Possess knowledge of School District contracts; obtain/maintain CDL if needed.
• Answer phones and operate two-way radios.
• Manage routing and resolve routing issues; maintain pickup/drop-off files.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
