Job summary

University of Northwestern – St. Paul is seeking a Student: Ticket Office Agent to help customers purchase tickets for on- and off-campus events. The role requires providing exceptional service in person, by phone, and via email, with ticket sales, exchanges, and will-call distribution handled through our ticketing system.

Hours per week range from 5 to 15. The position supports campus events, including evenings and weekends, and involves light administrative tasks and Lost and Found duties.

  • Maintain knowledge of campus events, venues, and ticketing policies to assist customers effectively.
  • Respond to incoming phone calls, emails, and online inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including record keeping, data entry, and office organization.
  • Manage Lost and Found processes, documenting, storing, and returning items to customers.
  • Perform other duties as requested or assigned.

Position Compensation: $11.80 - $13.50 per hour
Location: University Campus - St. Paul, Minnesota

Position Summary:

Assist customers with purchasing tickets for various on and off campus events.

Hours per week: 5-15

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patrons in person, by phone, and through email, assisting with ticket purchases, event information, and general inquiries.
  • Process ticket sales, exchanges, and will-call distribution accurately using ticketing software and established procedures.
  • Support ticket office operations during campus and community events, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Maintain knowledge of campus events, venues, and ticketing policies to assist customers effectively.
  • Respond to incoming phone calls, emails, and online inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks, including record keeping, data entry, and office organization.
  • Manage Lost and Found processes, helping to document, store, and return items to customers when possible.
  • Perform other duties as requested or assigned.
