Chick-fil-A Solon is hiring Team Members for both full-time and part-time roles in Solon, Ohio. You will rotate through dining room, drive-thru, and kitchen areas, learning every step to ensure a great guest experience with speed and care.

The role emphasizes dependable teamwork, positive attitudes, willingness to learn, and a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment. Training and development are provided as you grow with the Chick-fil-A Solon team.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service, retail, or customer service is helpful but not required.
• Ability to cooperate with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Taking guest orders at the front counter or in the drive-thru.
• Preparing and assembling food with speed and accuracy.
• Delivering meals to guests and keeping the dining room clean and welcoming.
• Preparing drinks, desserts, and other menu items.
• Stocking supplies and keeping work areas clean and organized.
• Working with your team during busy breakfast, lunch, and dinner rushes.
• Providing friendly, attentive service to every guest.
• Following food safety and operational standards.

What You’ll Do

Team Members rotate through different areas of the restaurant depending on business needs, availability, and individual strengths. Responsibilities may include:

Schedule

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

We offer flexible scheduling based on availability and business needs. We work hard to build schedules around school, family, second jobs, and other commitments whenever possible.

Availability, preferred hours, and scheduling expectations will be discussed during the interview process.
