Chick-fil-A Solon is hiring part-time Team Members for after-school, evening, and Saturday shifts. Whether you are looking for your first job, want to earn some extra money, or hope to gain experience that will prepare you for the future, we would love to meet you.
We understand that high school students have a lot to balance. School comes first, and many of our Team Members also participate in sports, clubs, music, church, and other activities. We work to build schedules around the availability you provide while also meeting the needs of the restaurant.
No restaurant experience is required. We will teach you what you need to know. What matters most is that you are dependable, willing to learn, and ready to contribute to the team.
As a Team Member, you may work in the dining room, front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen depending on business needs and your strengths.

Scheduling expectations will be discussed during the interview based on your school schedule, other commitments, and the needs of the restaurant.
