Job summary

Chick-fil-A Solon is hiring full-time Team Members to support Front of House and Back of House operations. This role offers consistent, all-year hours, on-going training, and opportunities to grow within the restaurant. A positive, respectful team environment and Team Member meal benefits are provided. We are closed every Sunday.

Team Members may work in dining, front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen, with shifts during lunch, dinner, and Saturdays as needed.

Chick-fil-A Solon is hiring full-time Team Members to serve in our Front of House and Back of House operations. This role is a good fit for someone who wants consistent hours, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in being part of a team that works hard and treats people well.

Restaurant experience is helpful, but it is not required. We will train dependable people who are willing to learn, receive coaching, and contribute wherever they are needed.

What You’ll Do

As a full-time Team Member, you may work in the dining room, front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen depending on business needs and your strengths.

Responsibilities may include:

• Serving guests with care
• Taking orders at the front counter or in the drive-thru
• Preparing drinks, desserts, and other menu items
• Delivering meals to guests
• Preparing, assembling, and packaging food
• Keeping work areas clean, stocked, and organized
• Helping the restaurant operate smoothly during busy periods
• Supporting and communicating with teammates
• Following food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
• Learning multiple areas of the restaurant over time

Our restaurant is fast-paced, especially during lunch, dinner, and Saturdays. We are looking for people who can stay focused, move with purpose, and maintain a positive attitude while working as part of a team.

Schedule and Availability

Full-time Team Members generally work between 35 and 40 hours per week. Available shifts may include:

• Opening and daytime shifts
• Lunch shifts
• Afternoon and evening shifts
• Closing shifts
• Saturdays

Because this is a full-time restaurant position, applicants should have consistent weekly availability and be willing to work a combination of shifts based on the needs of the restaurant.

We are closed every Sunday.

Specific scheduling expectations will be discussed during the interview based on your availability and the needs of the restaurant.
