Qualifications

• Earned master’s degree (or equivalent) in an education-related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a licensed teacher in K-12 areas or as a licensed administrator.
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license and ability to become an approved UWSP driver.
• Experience mentoring early career educators and/or pre‑service teachers is preferred.
• Strong digital communication skills (email and video conferencing).

Responsibilities

• Support UWSP teacher candidates throughout their student teaching semester.
• Complete observation assessments required for licensure.
• Collaborate with School of Education to support diverse education programs.
