Job summary

CRISTA Ministries in Shoreline, WA seeks a Student Support Services Coordinator to promote student success from Pre‑K through 8th grade. You will review evaluations, develop SPS, and act as a liaison with districts to support accommodations and services.

You will lead MTSS initiatives, oversee MAP assessments, and coordinate across campuses while maintaining student records and supporting staff devotional and spiritual development aligned with CRISTA’s faith-based mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related experience.
• Exemplary oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of MTSS framework and student support processes.
• Training or experience administering Woodcock Johnson assessments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain Student Plans for Success (SPS) for students with identified learning needs.
• Review educational evaluations, assessment data, and diagnostic reports to identify student needs.
• Ensure documentation is collected and available to support planning and services.
• Provide consultation regarding accommodations, instructional support, and progress monitoring.
• Serve as a collaborative member of student support meetings on each campus.
• Assist with transitions and continuity of student services across campuses.
• Oversee MAP assessments administration and Woodcock Johnson assessments as needed.
• Maintain confidential student records and contribute to professional learning.
