Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or social work and professional writing skills.
• Experience leading academic and social skills groups; familiar with MTSS (RTI and PBIS).
• Ability to collaborate with staff, students, and families; strong time management.
• Willingness to implement CBT approaches and contribute to intervention programs.

Responsibilities

• Support students, teachers, and the principal by addressing behavior challenges.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to maximize student success.
• Coordinate testing efforts for students in grades 7-12 and support CPI services.
• Develop and evaluate intervention programs addressing at-risk students’ needs.
• Provide support for students in crisis and work with families and community resources.
• Assist in building Students Assistance Teams (RTI) and participate in building meetings.
