Replications, Inc. is seeking a Student Support Specialist to mentor youth, supervise students, and foster a positive school culture at IS 162 Willoughby Ave, Brooklyn, NY. You will help implement attendance programs, restorative circles, and events while guiding parents on resources.
The role focuses on maintaining safety, coordinating with staff, and ensuring a supportive environment. Requires a Bachelor's degree and experience with youth; bilingual Spanish speakers are valued.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, up to 35 hours a week / weekends and holidays as needed
