Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist students under the direction of teachers and special education staff.
• Provide instructional, behavioral and/or physical assistance to individuals or small groups.
• Support organizational skills, guide activities, and monitor progress.
• Collect daily data and document progress notes for each session.
• Assist with boarding, bathing, feeding, toileting and transport as needed.
• Support students during recreation and training activities.
• Follow teacher instructions for reinforcing activities across modalities.
• Attend required meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
