Job summary

Qualifications

• ParaPro Assessment or DESE 20-hour substitute cert preferred.
• Experience with young people.
• Prior school setting experience desired.
• Familiarity with educational applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist teacher in maintaining classroom organization and student behavior.
• Supervise students and escort them as needed.
• Prepare teaching materials and reinforce previously taught material.
• Implement IEPs and school policies as directed.
• Perform clerical tasks and use office equipment as needed.
• Support the teacher in meeting students' individual needs.
