Job summary

St. Cloud School District 742 is seeking a Student Support Paraeducator to help maintain a structured, safe learning environment for students and support district staff.

Work hours are 7:45-3:45 pm, on a 10-month schedule, with responsibilities including observing student behavior, keeping records, and ensuring confidentiality.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and basic First Aid training within 3 months of hire; bilingual abilities are a plus.

• Basic First Aid training within 3 months of hire date is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a structured environment inside and around classrooms.
• Observe student behavior and report concerns to the supervisor.
• Maintain assigned records and protect student confidentiality.
• Follow district procedures regarding discipline and support staff as needed.
• Provide information to staff and perform other duties as assigned.
