Job summary

Community College of Denver is seeking a Student Support Assistant to be the first point of contact for students at the EXCEL! Zone on the Auraria Campus in Denver.

You will help with welcoming students, directing them to tutoring resources, and ensuring high-quality service in person or by phone. Minimum qualifications include CCD enrollment with 6+ credits and financial aid eligibility; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled at CCD with at least 6 credit hours and be financial aid eligible.
• Minimum GPA 2.75; new students exempt first semester.
• No Experience Required – Training Provided

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist students in a friendly, supportive manner.
• Monitor tutoring zones and assist with regular tutoring space maintenance.
• Provide administrative support duties.
