A leading educational support firm is seeking a full-time Student Support Concierge to assist online students with course registration, academic advisement, and monitoring their progress. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and excellent customer service skills, ready to interact with a diverse range of clients remotely.
TheStudent Support Conciergeprovidessupport, advocacy, and advisement to online students. Outside of the online classroom, the SSC provides the most sustained and meaningful contact with theclient institutionfor the student.

This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) with eligibility for company benefits. Qualifiedapplicants will have at least a bachelor’s degree and some experience working with members of the public. Theyshould be comfortable interacting with a variety of clients through various media (phone, email, etc.)andexcellent customer service, communication, and collaboration skills. They should be detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
TheStudent SupportConcierge serves as the face of the online programon behalf of the Magellan team. Most daily interactions for this position will be with others in the campus community, and ideally, the person occupying this role will come to seem like an integral part of the life of the campus.
