Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Experience with young adults with disabilities preferred.
• Knowledge of academic areas and learning situations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• COVID-19 vaccine strongly preferred due to campus policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-campus and virtual support to college students with disabilities.
• Develop semester action plans addressing each student’s goals.
• Provide 1:1 coaching to develop concrete goals and progress.
• Support students with executive functioning skills.
• Identify barriers and problem-solve to overcome them.
• Create a supportive environment between college and student.
• Maintain ongoing documentation to monitor and evaluate client progress.
