Child & Family Services is seeking a Success Coach to be embedded at Talbot Middle School in Fall River, MA. The Success Coach position is designed to support the Senior Success Coach in providing intensive wrap-around services through the utilization of an array of evidence-based, culturally competent, person-centered, and family centered services. This position is a full-time, 40 hour/week position that is embedded in Talbot Middle School in Fall River, MA.

Minimum of a bachelor's level degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field with experience working directly with youth, families, and substance use issues. In addition, this individual should have the ability to work with culturally diverse populations.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation that meets CFS Driver Policy. Travel is required to provide services in different settings and to attend agency meetings, events, and trainings
