iLEAD California is seeking a Care Team - Student Support Aide to provide instructional assistance to special education students at Lancaster and AV sites under the guidance of the School Director and Director of Student Support.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional assistance by helping to navigate instructions, workflow, and challenging assignments.

• Assist with eating, bathroom tasks, and transportation if applicable.
• Monitor and record learners' progress or behavior.
• Provide support with assistive tools to access the curriculum.
• Collaborate with teachers to prepare lesson plans fitting learner needs.
• Monitor and assist students during activities and follow up on concepts.
