iLEAD California Lancaster is seeking a Class Substitutes - SpEd to support students with special needs. You will assist teachers, help with IEP-driven tasks, and ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment on campus in Lancaster, CA.

The role involves instructional support, student supervision, and collaboration with education teams to tailor lessons and track progress, while maintaining high integrity and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent is required. Basic skills assessment if no postsecondary degree.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Exceptional public speaking skills.
• High level of personal and professional integrity and trustworthiness.
• Thrive in a collaborative, team-based and fast-paced environment.
• If specified, LVN or RN license may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to IEP recommendations by providing instructional assistance.
• Help navigate instructions, workflow, and challenging assignments.
• Assist with movement around campus and classroom transitions.
• Monitor and record learner progress or behavior.
• Support with assistive tools to access the curriculum.
• Collaborate with educators to prepare suitable lesson plans.
