Aufgaben

• Supervise students throughout the school day while implementing individualized educational and therapeutic programs both inside and outside the classroom.
• Engage in lifting, moving and positioning tasks as needed for students.
• Facilitate improved gross motor, fine motor and range of motion skills.
• Promote self-care and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) for students.
• Assist with toileting, dressing and eating including modeling appropriate behavior.
• Provide behavioral support and assist with emergency physical interventions as needed.
• Maintain a positive, safe and healthy educational environment and address health/safety needs.
• Interact with students with privacy, dignity, and confidentiality in mind.
• Collaborate with teachers and clinicians while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
