Upstate Cerebral Palsy is looking for compassionate individuals to join our team as School Aides in Utica, New York. This position focuses on assisting students with unique abilities in a classroom setting, supporting their personal care needs, and implementing therapy goals. Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid New York State Driver’s License. Responsabilités

• Assisting with classroom activities tailored to each student’s IEP.
• Supporting students during community occupational outings and field trips.
• Providing help with personal care and mealtime routines.
• Maintaining classroom organization and cleanliness.
• Documenting observations and data with clarity and accuracy.
• Collaborating with therapists to implement therapy goals.
• Creating a positive, person-centered environment for every student.
