Job summary

Upstate Cerebral Palsy is looking for compassionate individuals to join our team as School Aides in Utica, New York. This position focuses on assisting students with unique abilities in a classroom setting, supporting their personal care needs, and implementing therapy goals. Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid New York State Driver’s License. Responsibilities

• Assisting with classroom activities tailored to each student’s IEP.
• Supporting students during community occupational outings and field trips.

• Maintaining classroom organization and cleanliness.
• Documenting observations and data with clarity and accuracy.
• Collaborating with therapists to implement therapy goals.
• Creating a positive, person-centered environment for every student.
