Job summary

Qualifications

• No HS diploma required; punctual and reliable attendance.
• Able to work with supervisors and school staff.
• Demonstrated good human relations and reliability.
• Walk/stand for long periods; lift up to 10 lbs; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Relieves teachers from non-teaching activities and assists with routine clerical tasks.
• Relieves in yard, hall, lavatory, and study hall duties; monitors students.
• Handles, stores, and distributes textbooks and instructional materials.
• Assists in maintaining order in the lunchroom and during lunch service.
• Supports arrival/departure of bus-transported students and lunch procedures.
• Assists with school clerical work and checks reports and lists.
• Performs additional duties as requested by teachers or principals.
