Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and oversees student employee teams supporting the Office of Admissions.
• Recruits, trains, schedules, supervises, coaches, and evaluates student employees.
• Develops and maintains a structured student employee training program.
• Oversees Admissions call center operations and serves as department point of contact for related tech needs.
• Coordinates outreach conducted by student employees via phone, text, email and other channels.
• Maintains service standards and messaging across student-facing contacts.
• Collaborates with Admissions leadership and staff to provide coordinated student support.
• Tracks activity and prepares reports on performance, outreach and effectiveness.
