Job summary

Fuller Theological Seminary seeks a Manager of Student Support Services on the Pasadena Campus. This role leads disability accommodations, SHI program administration, and collaboration across Student Life to ensure equitable access and student well-being.

Hybrid work may be approved; provide guidance to students, faculty, and partners. The position reports to the Dean of Students and requires a Bachelor's (Master's preferred) in a relevant field, plus several years of related experience in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Counseling, Rehabilitation Counseling, Disability Studies, Special Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in disability services, student affairs, or a related higher education setting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the ADA, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and disability accommodation processes.
• Experience applying disability documentation to determine reasonable accommodations.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Ability to interpret policies and regulations and exercise sound independent judgment.
• Commitment to serving a diverse student population with empathy, professionalism, and respect.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of student support programs including disability accommodations and wellness resources.
• Maintain confidential records and prepare reports for assigned programs.
• Monitor program data, utilization, and trends to guide improvements.
• Provide communication and education materials for students on processes and resources.
• Deliver presentations, workshops, and orientation sessions on student support services.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to implement accommodations while preserving course requirements.
