Job summary

Fuller Theological Seminary seeks a Manager of Student Support Services in Pasadena to lead disability accommodations, SHI administration, and broader student services within Student Life.

You will collaborate with faculty, staff, and external partners to ensure equitable access, compliance with ADA/504, and smooth enrollment and waivers for health and wellness programs. Hybrid eligibility is available and the role reports to the Dean of Students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in higher education or related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in disability services, student affairs, or related setting.
• Knowledge of ADA, Section 504, and disability accommodation processes.
• Experience applying disability documentation to determine reasonable accommodations.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to students across assigned Student Life programs and services.
• Coordinate disability accommodations and testing accommodations processes.
• Administer Student Health Insurance and wellness resources in collaboration with campus partners.
• Develop and maintain student-facing information and resources for assigned programs.
• Collaborate with Deans, staff, and external partners to remove barriers to participation.
• Maintain confidential student records and ensure compliance with privacy requirements.
