Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, higher education administration, or closely related field.
• Three (3) years of professional direct support or case management experience with diverse populations.
• Experience within higher education preferred or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support services to students and manage welfare concerns.
• Apply university policies and student development knowledge to refer students to appropriate resources.
• Maintain documentation in case-management systems and productivity suites.
