Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and hire tutors and academic coaches based on demand and coverage.
• Lead onboarding and training for tutoring and coaching staff.
• Manage scheduling and session logistics across in-person and online services.
• Promote inclusive, student-centered learning environments and accessibility.
