Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and training.
• Experience in enrollment, recruitment, or student coaching is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities to increase ASU Local program enrollment across California sites.
• Provide direct coaching on enrollment, transfer pathways, and degree planning.
• Track enrollment, transfer, and retention data to support dashboards and reports.
• Represent ASU Local at community events and coordinate with counselors and staff.
