Job summary

ASU Local is seeking an Academic Advisor 2 to support recruitment and enrollment across California sites, including Los Angeles, Long Beach, and Chula Vista. The role involves coaching students on enrollment and transfer pathways and coordinating with counselors and staff to facilitate smooth transfers.

You will track enrollment and retention data, contribute to dashboards, and represent ASU Local at community events, helping expand equitable access to ASU’s programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in data reporting, recruitment, and enrollment.
• Experience in instructing, coaching, or mentoring students.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and enrollment across California sites (Los Angeles, Long Beach, Chula Vista, and a new site under development).
• Carry a caseload of students and provide direct coaching on enrollment and transfer pathways.
• Track enrollment, transfer, and retention data for dashboards and reporting.
• Represent ASU Local at community events and engage with students.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager & Regional Director.
