Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• 2–3 years’ experience in a higher education setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of higher education compliance standards and regulations.
• Acts with ethics, accountability and integrity; demonstrates sound judgement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare intake lists and coordinate with recruitment for updates to management.
• Plan and conduct student orientation with clear communication of schedules.
• Coordinate student residency weekends and campus events.
• Advise on housing options and connect students with resources.
• Maintain student files and assist in records reviews and documentation.
• Support faculty with class materials, online access and classroom resources.
• Provide basic technical support and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Communicate schedule changes and campus notifications to students.
• Resolve student inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Register students on the LMS and verify course enrollment.
