Illinois Central College is hiring a Benefits Navigator at the East Peoria Campus. This full-time role reports to the Director of Counseling Services and focuses on case management, benefits access, and connecting students with internal and external resources to support student success.

Compensation ranges from $52,915.20 to $59,529.60 per year. Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in related fields are required, with Spanish preferred. ICC offers a comprehensive benefits package and on-site services.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in case management, advocacy, or nonprofit work.
• Strong communication and data-handling capabilities.
• Ability to drive a passenger van for food pantry distribution.

Responsabilidades

• Provide case management and benefits support to students.
• Assist with eligibility for federal, state, and local programs.
• Refer students to campus and community resources.
• Coordinate ICC food pantry, care center, and clothing closet operations.
• Deliver presentations on available resources when appropriate.
