Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and program coordination for ECS, including SI and tutoring.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training, and coaching of embedded staff.
• Arrange tutor assignments, SI sessions, room reservations, and digital learning environments.
• Serve as primary contact for faculty requests, student referrals, and program logistics.
• Develop and deliver training, workshops, and professional development for staff.
• Collect and report data on participation, engagement, and outcomes.
