Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of administrative or clerical experience involving data entry and customer service.
• Collections or Student Services experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to students, staff, and visitors—both in-person and by phone.
• Maintain accurate student records and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
• Manage tuition payments and generate related reports.
• Help with student payment collections as needed.
• Support students on their journey, from enrollment to post-graduation testing and licensure.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues impacting student success.
• Assist with scheduling, record audits, mail processing, and maintaining office inventory.
• Contribute to a positive, efficient, and compliant campus environment.
