Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary coursework preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in telemarketing, call center, customer service, or sales.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and respond to calls from prospective students for CDL training.
• Schedule in-person admissions appointments for Outside Admissions Representatives.
• Assist prospective students with questions and guide them through admissions.
• Use scripts with flexibility to conduct persuasive conversations.
• Pre-qualify candidates based on admissions criteria.
• Maintain call logs, appointment records, and lead activity accurately.
• Collaborate with team to meet admissions and enrollment goals.
• Meet personal targets contributing to campus success.
