This is a professional entry level position responsible for assisting personnel in higher education system divisions and departments to develop, monitor, and manage large scale projects. The position will assist with components and phases of the project and communicate project statuses to stakeholders and decision makers.
The Project Manager for Student Success supports the policy and program work of the Office of Student and Faculty Success and assists with student success efforts across Academic Affairs and other USG departments. The Project Manager provides administrative and project support to System staff and institutional leads and teams focused on student success and completion, under the direction of senior team members. The Project Manager assists with day-to-day tasks that support USG's engagement with on-campus audiences and system staff, and, as directed, contributes to materials and logistics for work with the Board of Regents, national partners and foundations, and the business community related to the state's post-secondary goals.
