Job summary

Berklee is seeking a Manager, Student Success Programs to provide operational leadership, advising, and program coordination across retention portfolios including the Berklee Scholars Program and the RISE program. This role supports student persistence and fosters a strong, engaged campus community.

Required are a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in higher education, project management, or event planning, plus proficiency with Salesforce, Workday, Colleague, and Google Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in higher education, project management, or event planning.
• Experience with enterprise platforms Salesforce, Workday, Colleague, and Google Suite.
• Strong adaptability, multitasking, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Administer key portfolio programs and events, including Fall Pre-Orientation, monthly programming, and ongoing student engagement initiatives.
• Serve as a functional lead in office domains, such as social media content management, fiscal analysis, or targeted community outreach.
• Direct Student Leadership Programs by recruiting, training, and supervising student employees, while co-leading Faculty/Staff Mentoring initiatives.
• Data-driven operations: Utilize data and analytics to ensure portfolio offerings align with departmental goals, managing project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
