Berklee College of Music is seeking a Manager for Global Programs and Partnerships to lead international initiatives, travel logistics, and program delivery. Bachelor’s degree with 2 to 4 years of experience in higher education or performing arts management.
Active performing musician with formal musical training. Multilingual abilities are preferred.
Deep knowledge of domestic and international travel planning, and cross-cultural engagement.
Strong financial acumen, budget tracking skills, and proficiency with database and office software systems.
Comfortable working on campus, with regular global travel (ranging up to two weeks monthly) and occasional evening/weekend hours.

Hiring Range: $70,000 to $80,000; salary dependent on relevant experience and education.
