Job summary

Dallas College is seeking a Program Lead for Military Connected Services at Brookhaven Campus to support a caseload of students, deliver wrap-around services, and develop campus-wide programming that enhances student success.

You will partner with faculty, staff, and community partners to track retention and graduation, coordinate workshops, and ensure FERPA compliance while fostering a welcoming campus culture.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the purpose of community colleges and Dallas College’s mission.
• Experience with case management and student-focused program development.
• Ability to work effectively with students and diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated use of data to inform decisions and measure outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate campus programs and college-wide events.
• Coordinate workshops and engagement opportunities promoting experiential learning.
• Support a caseload of students to track retention and graduation metrics.
• Review student data and assist with reporting of program outcomes.
• Maintain confidentiality and FERPA compliance.
