Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and two years of related experience in student affairs, academic advising, or program coordination.
• Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications; strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and collaborate with others.

Responsibilities

• Program Development and Implementation: Develop and oversee multi-semester student support strategies.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and reporting for programs.
• Plan and execute mentor trainings, academic support, and transition events.
• Supervision and Student Support: Supervise peer mentors, student workers, and part-time staff; train and evaluate.
• Collaboration and Institutional Coordination: Liaise with Academic Advising, Financial Aid, and Career Services.
