The role focuses on first-year and transfer experiences, with responsibilities spanning planning, mentoring, reporting, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; two years of related experience in student affairs, academic advising, or program coordination.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and strong communication skills.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in higher education, counseling, student development, or related field; supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee multi-semester student support strategies.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and reporting for programs.
• Plan and conduct mentor trainings, academic support, and transition events.
• Supervise peer mentors, student workers, and part-time staff; train and evaluate.
• Coordinate with Academic Advising, Financial Aid, and Career Services; represent department on committees.
• Design and implement assessment tools; measure outcomes and maintain records and compliance.
• Assist in budget tracking, expenditure reports, and logistics; perform other duties as assigned.
