Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum three years of experience in higher education, student success, advising, enrollment management, information systems, or related field.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong computer and technical skills.
• Proficiency with student information systems for data collection, assessment, reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to configure systems or workflows, troubleshoot issues, and translate operational needs into practical technology solutions.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Exercises sound judgment and maintains confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Demonstrated experience with person-centered planning and outcomes.
• Commitment to student success.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the system administrator for the student success and retention platform.
• Collaborate with advising, academic departments, student support offices, and IT to develop outreach workflows.
• Configure and manage campaigns, automated communications, tracking, and follow-up processes.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor engagement and persistence.
• Maintain integrations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data sharing.
• Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
• Liaise with the software vendor for support and updates.
• Maintain data management procedures aligned with policies and privacy standards.
• Assess platform effectiveness and suggest enhancements.
