Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.
• Strong administrative and computer skills.
• Ability to take initiative and complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted outreach to newly admitted students to coach them through next steps and prepare for first weeks of classes.
• Manage caseload to promote retention, persistence, and student success through proactive interactions and interventions.
• Maintain and monitor case notes in electronic student record systems.
• Engage in behaviors that create an inclusive environment.
• Conduct activities within FERPA guidelines.
• Recruit on behalf of Ivy Tech to increase inquiries and applicants and convert them to enrollment.
• Use Ivy Connect CRM to assess outreach effectiveness and adjust by intake and conversion numbers.
• Stay current with academic and student affairs program changes.
