The specialist will use evidence-informed learning principles, engage students through instructional coaching, and develop workshops and resources that bridge academic disciplines.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in counseling, education, or related discipline.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Engage students individually and in group sessions, applying evidence-based learning strategies.
• Support learning across programs under the Director of Learning Enhancement.
• Collaborate with faculty to align learning supports with curricula and assessments.
• Develop and facilitate learning-focused workshops and resources for diverse student populations.
• Maintain FERPA-compliant records and document sessions and communications.
