Job summary

Centric Learning Systems, Inc. in Michigan seeks a Team Leader for WAY program to remove educational barriers, supervise a multi-disciplinary team, ensure policy and practice alignment, and coordinate across networks.

You will engage with students, parents, schools and agencies; manage mentor researchers, monitor deliverables, report progress, and maintain data accuracy; opportunity to contribute to community outreach and PR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent.
• Michigan teaching certification preferred.
• Experience communicating with students and engaging parents/guardians.

Responsibilities

• Assist young people by removing barriers to learning and collaborating with networks.
• Communicate with WAY Program central team to ensure policy and practice are followed.
• Attend team leader meetings and training sessions as required.
• Monitor mentor reports and project deliverables for continuity.
• Provide intervention with researchers when necessary.
• Ensure child protection issues are addressed promptly and reported.
