You will coach program leaders, implement scalable processes, monitor key metrics, and foster a culture of ownership and collaboration. The ideal candidate holds a Master's in education or related field with 10+ years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and 10+ years in special services/leadership.
• Strong analytics, communication, and SIS/LMS/IEP skills.
• Experience improving student outcomes and service delivery.
• Ability to build scalable processes and systems.
